We do not accept preorder items, sale items or gift cards. These Items are only exchangeable if they are in stock!

The withdrawal period lasts 14 days after the order has arrived door to door. You have to send #ordernumber and delivery date to check expiry date of the withdrawal period of your order.

If you succesfully revoked this contract, we will immediately refund you every payment we received from you in between 14 days after we received your order. You will receive your refund with the exact same payment method you used; in no case you will be charged any fees. We can refuse your repayment if the goods did not arrive door to door or you provided evidence that you have returned the goods.
